We bring a smartphone setup directly into your home or location that is being cataloged.
Each item is photographed where it sits or moved to a simple backdrop for consistency.
This option is best when speed is important or when items are too large or bulky to move.
The photos are uploaded instantly into our cataloging system, so every item is logged in real time.
We set up a small portable photo studio in your home or location that is being cataloged.
Smaller items (up to about 3' x 3') are placed into a lightbox and photographed with a camera for higher-quality, consistent results.
Larger items that don’t fit in the studio are captured with our phone setup.
This option is best when you want polished photos with greater detail and accuracy. This is a great way to catalog your collectables, or rare items.
Each item is added into your secure digital catalog with photos, descriptions, category, condition, and room location.
Once the process is complete, we deliver your catalog as a PDF and Google Sheet.
You can use this for estate settlement, personal records, downsizing, or peace of mind.
