I’ve always loved the process of taking something scattered and turning it into a clear, organized system. With a background in photography and a career in systematizing things, I created this service to help people and businesses keep better track of what they own.

Catalog My Estate focuses on photo documentation. Whether it’s equipment in a workshop, items in storage, or products a business needs visually represented - such as for real estate staging or showroom use - I create detailed photo catalogs in Excel and PDF formats. This isn’t a replacement for barcodes or inventory systems. It’s designed for the items that don’t have scannable labels but still deserve to be documented properly.

For me, the value is in creating visual clarity. A photo catalog makes it easy to see exactly what you have, share it with others, and stay organized without the guesswork.
