You’ll receive a complete digital catalog of your belongings in two formats: a secure spreadsheet for easy sorting and a printable PDF with photos and descriptions. This is a record, not an appraisal or legal valuation.
Your home should be safe, accessible, and reasonably organized. Please make sure all areas to be cataloged are unlocked and free from hazards. Items packed away in boxes, drawers, or bins must be unpacked ahead of time if you’d like them included.
Cleaning or dusting isn’t required, but it’s recommended if you want items to appear presentable in photographs.
Yes. You, or a designated representative, must be present unless other arrangements are made in writing. This ensures we know exactly what to include or exclude.
If we can’t access certain areas (locked doors, absent keyholder, excessive clutter, unsafe conditions), we may need to reschedule or charge additional fees.
Yes, but we ask that you point them out before we begin. While we handle items carefully, we aren’t responsible for pre-existing wear or fragility. White fabric gloves are worn by the technican.
For safety and efficiency, please ensure pets, children, and others are secured or supervised during the cataloging process.
No. We provide photographic and descriptive records only. For formal valuations, you’ll need a licensed appraiser. What we do, does include a price range, based on automatically scraping online marketplaces for similar items.
You’ll have 7 days after delivery to review your catalog and let us know of any omissions. We’ll correct them promptly.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in a cancellation fee of $75
